We are a small molder specializing in molding 500, 10,000, 25,000 parts per year.

We make smaller parts, palm-sized or less. We build inexpensive molds from aluminum, and make parts from most plastics, including delrin, nylon, ABS, polycarbonate, polypropylene, etc. We also do screen printing on parts.

We also mold elastomers (artificial rubber) and we can make hundreds of thousands of parts, as required,or just a prototype and a few production parts.

We can often make the first parts, so you have samples, then upgrade the mold later to reduce the price per part.

We are ideal for the niche manufacturer who doesn't sell the large amounts necessary to justify the high cost of a fully automatic, hardened steel mold, but still needs high quality plastic parts. We can also make replacement parts, and are an alternative to machining.
